Our mechanical engineers and machine designers have developed industrial automation equipment, high-volume manufacturing machines, and proof-of-concept prototype machines. Sometimes the machines we design are products, and some are one-off units for proof-of-concept testing. Others are used in manufacturing. In all of these cases, the project starts with a clear understanding of the business constraints at play. Development budgets, target timelines, and C-suite buy-in all matter. We start by working with you to agree on the constraints, goals, and unknowns that drive project success. We then step in to the heavy lifting: conceptual design, control scheme design, mechanical engineering, component selection, prototype builds, testing and validation, then optimization and final documentation.
